Saila Filson-Wright, Instructor /Trainer
Saila began riding at the age of 7 and grew up competing in Hunters, Jumpers and Equitation. In the same years, she was involved with the Bennington Pony club, where she gained experience in eventing and competing in dressage. In high school, she attended the Stoneleigh Burnham School where she was able to continue riding and competing in their extensive riding program. She spent those summers furthering her skills and horsemanship as a working student for Reinhard Teetor.
In 97' she began training at Tatra Farm with Grand Prix trainers Pavel Blaho and Patricia Garthwaite Towle, where they specialize in breeding and bringing along young jumpers. Tatra Farm has been the highest ranked breeder for Grand Prix jumpers in the USA. At Tatra farm throughout the years to present, Saila has had the honor of assisting in the training of some of the top grand prix horses in the country. She is now training full time at Blythewood Stables and emphasizes a strong philosophy on basics and foundation in both horse and rider. Contact Saila at ~ saila@blythewoodstables.com 
Jamie Kalisz - Instructor/Trainer
Jaime Kalisz has a B.S. in Psychology from Springfield College and a Masters in Education from University of Massachusetts. After working for several years in her field of study, she decided to pursue her lifetime love of riding as a full-time career. With more than thirty years of experience, Jaime has worked in horse management, has many clients' horses on full training board, and is a licensed Massachusetts riding instructor.
Jaime offers a solid dressage foundation to build upon in her lessons invaluable to students' flatwork and jumping. Her students range from novice young adults to experienced adult riders. With her students she also participates in Hunter Paces, Fox Hunting, and Eventing.
